Another Sarah Kay card today, and no pink in sight!! I’m back on the aqua wagon again – I just lurve this colour combined with kraft.
Coloured with copic markers, I used
kin: E11, 00, 000, R20
Aqua: BG57, 53, 10, N5
Jeans: W5, 3, 1, 0, 00
Watering Can: C5, 3, 1, 0, 00
Grass: G20, YG67, 63, 61
The sky was done used the super fab Clouds Art Mask (links below). Before I coloured the image I used a brush and Broken Glass Distress Ink to quickly fill in the blanks on the mask and voila!! Clouds! How cool is that?!?
I’ve used my favourite flower – a magnolia. These are just sublime. I painted the white flowers with gesso to whiten them a bit more.
I popped a venise applique lace heart behind the image
This little clip has been in my stash since I first started making cards years and years ago. It was in a kit I got from QVC – THAT’S how old it is lol. The alphabet stickers are by Tim Holtz. Fab value for money, there are loads and loads of sheets for £2. I love a bargain!
The key started life as a dark, grungy brown. A coat of Inka Gold Platinum and I got this. Man I love that stuff
