Saturated Canary Grow

The image I have used for this week’s Saturated Canary Challenge is Grow.  The challenge is Summer Fruits, so I went with the fruity Websters Pages papers and also the little strawberry embellishment.

A closer look at the sweet image, coloured with markers and pencils

E11, 00, 000, 0000, R20; E29, 25, 23, 50, dark umber; BG72, 70 muted turquoise; R37, 24, 32, Tuscan red; E43, 41, 40, french grey 50%

The flowers and pearls are from Wild Orchid Crafts.  I used 40mm wild rose, 20mm roses, 15mm roses, chrysanthemum

I also used the Top Stitching Thread from The Ribbon Girl, man this stuff is the BIZZ!  Love it!!

    Awesome coloring--love that top stitching, too!!! 'Gotta get me some of that--as soon as I figure out the tension issues on my machine... I have the worst luck with that... :(
