Silver Fairy and a rant

OMW what’s with people and shopping – it’s still 2 months to Christmas and people are already grumpy and crowding the shops!  I had to go through to Ikea yesterday afternoon and wish I hadn’t bothered.  People are so RUDE, and “lady” (I use this term VERY loosely!) with big time shopping trolley rage in Ikea, if you read this you should be ashamed.   There was a young mum with a buggy trying to get through self closing doors and before I could get there to hold the door open to help her this miserable woman barged through with her trolley, almost knocked the young mum and her buggy over and never even looked back to see if she was okay!  I hope her flipping trolley wheels fell off miles from anywhere and she had to go fetch another, then I hope when she got back to her car all 4 tyres were flat grrrrr!!!! Now I know why I absolutely loathe shopping in any form, and if I can’t order it on line from now on I am going to do without!

Rant over aaaaah that feels better lol, so now on to today’s card which is another of those uber yummilicious Wee Stamps from Whimsy Stamps that I did for their magazine issue 4.  Now isn’t she just stunning!  The detail, right down to those little bells is just amazing.  She is called Silver Fairy and you can grab her from Dies to Die For 

The paper is Memory Box Gossamer, not sure if it is still available anywhere though as I got mine last year.  I threaded some sparkly tulle through a ribbon slider buckle from Wild Orchid Crafts.  And natch all the flowers are from WOC too: 25mm wild roses, 15mm roses, cherry blossoms, 20mm rose.  The leaves have been punched with a Martha Stewart Frond Branch punch.

The sentiment is from a Whimsy Stamps set.  I added lashings of Glamour Dust to her wings and it’s really picked up the sparkle in the tulle.  I popped a Tim Holtz clock die cut behind the image.
