Fifi goes Walkies

I have been desperate to use another of my new Sugar Nellie stamps, as well as the gorgeous Chrysanthemums that are new in stock at Wild Orchid Crafts so actually set aside a few hours last night to have a bit of me time, and whilst I was playing I found the other new die from Crafty Sentiments, this one is called Fancy Hearts border die .  Thoroughly enjoyed myself too

Apologies in advance for the diabolical photo’s, I HATE the dark nights and having to rely on that naff light tent.  Roll on summer lol.

I spritzed the Chrysanthemums with a very diluted glimmer mist to give a soft colour to the flowers to match the gorgeous new Prima papers that arrived last week from Dies to Die For.  Totally Delish!  The pads are Prima Pixie Glen and then I also used a sheet from the Prima Pixie Glen mulberry paper stack.

 

The Raschel lace is from Wild Orchid Crafts and I gave it a coat of white acrylic paint to make it look more substantial so it would not disappear into the paper.   LOVE how it turned out.  A tip though if you are going to try it, once you have coated both sides of the lace set aside to dry for about 10 minutes then blot it with a piece of paper towel to remove the excess, it really does make a difference.  The gorgeous bling brad is from Shopbron

The inside has been decorated to compliment the front as always.
