I had a fab weekend at Harrogate, met up with lots of my blogging mates *waves* and the Lili of the Valley stall was super busy as always. One lady started off yesterday morning with her list of 10 LOTV Xmas stamps, she came back at least 6 times more during the day for “just one more” and ended up buying 40 of the 43 new stamps!! Ahem how are you going to explain those to your hubby missus rofl.
I had a bit of a rush on to get a few extra cards done to take down with me to Harrogate on Saturday and this was one of the rush cards. I wanted some rich, traditional papers for some of the cards so popped across to Bearly Mine Designs and picked up this Christmas Joy Digi set. Love these!
I have coloured James Bear – Box of Decorations with Copics and Prismacolor pencils.
James E33, E31, E30 and a medium brown Prisma pencil
Box E42, E41, E40 and a black Prisma Pencil
Greens YG67, YG64, YG11 and a black Prisma Pencil
Reds R39, R37, R32
The sentiment is by Lili of the Valley. The raffia ribbon is from Hobbycraft and the felt poinsettia started its life as a Xmas tree garland that Tesco was selling off for 10p a pack last Xmas (I love a bargain lol). I just snipped off the beads that were stitched into the centre and popped in a brad and spacer instead.
Thanks for stopping by,
This is just adorable love the papers.

Fabulous card, Bev, love the colours, too. I have these papers so thanks for the inspiration. I wish my cards which I take for ever to think about and do looked as good as the ones you just "rustle up". Can I get inside your head, just for a mo, to see where you get your fab ideas from? Glad you had a good time at your craft show, although I'm so envious that I can't go.
