GDT for The Pixie Cottage

I was asked to do a guest spot for The Pixie Cottage a while back (thank goodness I scheduled this post else buttons for brains here would have forgotten all about it!)  I supplied the sketch for this challenge.

I chose the Pixie Cottage Hannah on Bench Stamp by Sandra Hammer to use.  It’s a large stamp so I decided to spotlight it and just use part of the image for my card.  Isn’t she just so sweet!





I used a paper doily for the circle on the sketch to keep the look soft.  The pretty papers are my old faves Papermania Blueberry Hill pad – I will go into serious shock when my supply is finished.  The roses and cherry blossoms are from Wild Orchid Crafts, and have been Glimmer Misted and Stickled.  The pearl sprays are also from WOC.  The butterfly is punched from two Martha Stewart punches, the solid butterfly and Monarch butterfly.  The leaves are punched from a Nellie Snellen punch




The image has been coloured with distress inks and Twinkling H2O’s.
